Baby changing and feeding

You can find baby-changing facilities in the toilets of the coffee shop and the museum.

Parents can breastfeed anywhere; staff can direct them to private areas if needed.

Museum Activities

We offer free activities for all ages in the galleries. You can enjoy handling and microscope areas, brass rubbings, and dressing up.

Pick up a free activity backpack at reception for your visit. Our Craft Hut is open on weekends and during school holidays.

Gruffalo Trail and Adventure Playground

Our woodland trail, inspired by "The Gruffalo," features carved characters that show scenes from the story. The trail leads to our Adventure Playground. It features a basket swing, climbing areas, monkey bars, and a slide. We are currently working on our sensory garden.
