About the event
Bring the whole family to the Dean Heritage Centre this February Half Term for a week of hands-on activities and outdoor exploration.
The Centre is packed with seasonal fun inspired by the heritage, wildlife, and stories of the Forest of Dean.
What’s On
⭐ Family Workshops & Activities: Drop into craft sessions Monday-Friday, where children can make their own nature-inspired creations to take home or join in on one of our outdoor activities. Our activity and workshop catalogue includes guided woodland walks, badge making and pyrography.
⭐ Explorer Trails: Pick up a themed activity trail sheet and journey through the museum and woodland paths. Solve clues and earn a prize at the end!
⭐ Outdoor Play & Woodland Wildlife: Spend time in our adventure play area and wander the woodland pathways along the Gruffalo Trail.
⭐Get creative in the craft hut: The craft hut will open every day with self-led craft stations set up from 10:00-16:00
Facilitator-led activities and workshops are available Monday - Friday and are included in General Admission.
