About the event
This half-term explore nature with our onsite wildlife walks. Little explorers can enjoy with bug and nature crafts in the craft hut.
Discover our native bugs and insects with our Minibeast Hunt, as you and your family uncover the tiny treasures hidden in the forest floor. You can also engage in springtime fun with our specially crafted activity sheet.
With our doors open every day, the Dean Heritage Centre welcomes you to enjoy a forest family day out. And when it's time to recharge, our cozy coffee shop awaits!

Tueday: Heritage Crafts; Make your own bug bag - 11:00-13:00 & 13:30-15:00
Wednesday: Make your own seed bombs - 11:00-13:00 & 13:30-15:00
Thursday: Create your own bug house - 11:00-13:00 & 13:30-15:00
Friday: Build a bird box - 11:00-13:00 & 13:30-15:00
